### How do we know when it is past treating?

When the mounts no longer safely carry the canopy's weight. That is a different conversation from a tired-looking hood and we will have it plainly rather than taking money for another round of treatment that changes nothing.

### Does this include the fan?

It includes everything the fan is hanging from, and the fan is inspected as part of it. Where the blower itself needs work that is quoted separately, because they are genuinely different jobs and one of them is structural.
