Confirm the manifold is doing its job
One machine dead on a shared supply is that machine. We prove that in a minute rather than assuming it, because the exceptions exist and are expensive to miss.

Nests, carbon, and the corrosion that forms where a burner sits in standing water. Cleared or replaced depending on what is left of it.

Ignition, seating and a full-power test
Refitted, seated over the orifice, lit from cold, run at full and then at minimum — a burner that lights and will not hold a low flame has a different problem and it only shows at the bottom of the range.

Out here use is protection: a burner run every weekend is dried by its own heat and cleared by its own flame, while one used twice a summer stands cold and open in humid, salty air with rain falling into its recess. So the finding is usually debris, a nest, or corrosion from underneath where the burner has been sitting in standing water. Where the recess does not drain, that is dealt with too, or the repair simply comes round again.

That is good news and it is half the diagnosis. A manifold feeding a working grill is a manifold that works, so the supply is out of the picture and everything after it is local to the burner that is dead.
Is a power burner different from a side burner?
Same architecture, more heat. A power burner works considerably harder when it is used, so its ignition and its burner wear faster, but the diagnosis runs in the same order and the grill still proves the supply for it.
